Cypriot American Community Survey

You are invited to participate in the Cypriot American Community Survey conducted by the Federation of Cypriot American Organizations (FCAO) and supported by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.

Your responses will enable us to establish a database of all Cypriot Americans living in the United States. The information collected will allow the FCAO to make informed decisions in creating various activities and events that will serve the community’s needs and bring together all Cypriot Americans.

The leading factor in building a strong diaspora is solidarity towards a common goal. The FCAO’s objective is to empower and inspire younger generations of Cypriot Americans to be meaningfully engaged in the community, creating influential leaders with Hellenic values and virtues actively involved in society.

Your participation is entirely voluntary and will take only a few minutes to complete the survey.

INSTRUCTIONS

This survey requires to be completed by the head of the household (whether of Cypriot descent or not).
Include everyone who is living or staying in this household.
Include anyone living somewhere else, such as a college student living away or someone in the armed forces on deploy.
You must complete your questionnaire once you begin. If you leave the questionnaire and return later, you will have to start over.
Do not use the web browser buttons (back, forward, or close browser). Use the buttons within the questionnaire to navigate.
Once you list all the persons living in your household, use the next button to reach the form's end (page 7), and submit your survey.
At the end of the survey, you will be prompted to click submit, and you will receive a confirmation that your survey has been submitted.
